WVU Youth Programming Hub
The WVU Youth Programming Hub (YPH) is a combination of resources and tools for youth program directors to manage their programs.
With Microsoft SharePoint acting as the central access point, the YPH provides quick access to the Youth Protection Compliance Portal, program document templates, record/document storage, and a Microsoft Teams group.
The WVU Youth Programming Hub is only accessible to those with a WVU Microsoft 360 account, meaning all @mail accounts are able to request access by default. @hsc and other email accounts should reach out to YouthProtection@mail.wvu.edu for access.
A toolkit is available to introduce you to the Hub and Portal, which can be found here: WVU Youth Programming Compliance Toolkit.
If you have not previously requested access to the Hub, you will be asked to do so before being able to access it. This approval typically takes less than 24 hours.
